Los Van Van is one of the leading orchestras of Cuban music and Latin Music. It was founded on December 4, 1969 by the composer, bassist, arranger Juan Formell. After his death in May 2014, his son Samuel Formell takes over the leadership of the group.
Considered by international critics as the Rolling Stones of Salsa Music, and nationally as El Tren de la Música Cubana, it has been the cradle of prestigious musicians, and is the group that created and advocated songo, while receiving influences as varied rock, pop and other musical genres.

Orquesta Aragón is a Cuban musical band formed on 30 September 1939, by Orestes Aragón Cantero in Cienfuegos, Cuba. The band originally had the name Ritmica 39, then Ritmica Aragón before settling on its final form.[1] Though they did not create the Cha-cha-cha, they were arguably the best charanga in Cuba during the 1950s and 1960s. Their trade-marks included high-class instrumentalists playing in tight ensemble style, and rhythmical innovations which kept their sound up to date. Over the years they progressed from their start as a danzoneria to play a wider variety of styles, danzón, then cha-cha-cha, then onda-cha,[2] pachanga and son fusions. They still perform today, based in Havana.

He moved to The United States in 2005 as part of the Havana Nights revue that played for two years at the world-famous Stardust Casino and Resort, in Las Vegas. His education did not stop there and he soon enrolled in jazz at the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music.
Known for his technical proficiency, soulful playing, and innovative approach to jazz, Tosca continues to push the boundaries of the genre and inspire audiences around the world with his music.
